Why am i not studious?

The final semester exams knocked the door.Studious' continued romancing the texts and like honeymoon couples, their intimacy grew as the time went by.As usual, nothing special happened to me and i sticked on to my theory of entertainment during the days of study leave, which gave my tv and pc a busy schedule even after the IPL.

After the fruitful attempt of extending the lab exam dates, i returned home in the afternoon from my college via Changanacherry in a KSRTC bus, where i met my schoolfellow, 'Aneeta'.It had been more than a couple of years since we met. We exchanged our campus' thoughts and had a lot of fun before she asked me the inevitable of a student.15% was the lag in my aggregate to her. The mindset i got into, at that moment is inexpilcable, as i remembered the incident which took place years ago, when i led her by the same p.c. at our school results and today the world has turned upside down to me. I doubted if i looked like an absolute monkey infront of her who lost its tail.Suddenly, I realised how poor were my efforts during the past 4 years.

I determined " I am not the foolest person on the earth. This is my last sem; I am gonna show the world how good i can be" and with a lot of such inspirational thoughts, i ran into the post near my home. Fortunately, nothing serious did happen to me. I had a speedy bath and with hunger for study i grabbed my text.I put on the fan's switch and figured out that the electricity once again made me remember the Indian state which i was in? Hunger for study got evaporated quickly.......,

Suddenly, i remembered about my blog which was kept silent for the past 4 weeks. I took my hardly written "AMP" notebook for scribbling in., as the wordpad, notepad etc., were prevented by the KSEB. As soon as, i picked up my writing rhythm, the device for creating a current of air started its work. I don't know how quickly i decided to have a go, at my favourite EA SPORTS FIFA '09.

"Is KSEB the culprit ?" I strongly think so........,

Eventful Days

Highly eventful were the past two weeks.IPL hungama, ONE - The Fest , University results, Unit tests,  Ghost House Inn, Water scarcity, Smash etc.., etc..,

Easily, IPL was the best. I had a lot of obstacles to witness my fav., T20 hungama.

ONE, was the first and it took away from me Tendulkar's blitzkreig innings against Dare Devils with it .
There were a lot of efforts put in by various committies of ONE and i really doubt if "ONE" reflected it completely.
Right from the start, ONE found multiway hinderances.
One among the depts. threatened to avoid the national level techno cultural fest.
Later, it was solved to some extent.(But i dont think so)
The diversion of trains by railway dept. derailed the fest to a greater extent, as it made the journey to RIT worser and many of the colleges walked away from ONE.
Also, the inexperience contributed..,

Inspite of all these, we managed to put up a decent show as FUTSAL and Radio Mango events gained voxpopuli.
Before the treasure hunt, some of us had a "STELLA" hunt, which really made "ONE" worth for us.
Let's wish that "ONE" may do the business next year in a better way.
Hats off to the mentors of ONE 2010.

Unit tests also added darkness to my IPL colours. I was really confused whether to go for the exam or the T20 Bonanza.
After an initial flummox, i managed to solve it by bunking two exams. An uninvited guest came with no shame and it was none other than the University results.
However, it dint surprise me with my results. But surprise packages were delivered and it almost ended the hostel life to some of my friends.

Water scarcity helped my IPL days as the exams got postponed to the coming week.

Will join you next week with my remaining stories..,

Bye for now
